While we were in Istria, we got to work and added a small BBQ area to Ampla for you to enjoy as many requested. :)
You have a Kugelgrill that works with charcoal (find it inside the massive bench), a small plate to put the lid on, a table for your food preparation needs, and an openable bench. We suggest eating inside or on your own terrace.
You can find the BBQ just outside the house, next to the garage. It's not part of the house but instead located in our "service area" where we dry sheets and such, so don't be surprised if you see us walking by. :)

Brand new pergolas await you to spend quality time with your group outside. They are equipped with built-in lighting, and the flaps on top can be opened or closed via a remote control. We also added an extra light to the BBQ area in Villa Magnifica for even better grill parties.

We are happy to let you know that Magnifica's pool is now also heated. Combined with the sunshine warming up the home, it is a great choice for those early April-May or late September-October stays for nature and outdoor enthusiasts.

Villa Magnifica received a new, bigger washing machine to help you with longer stays and salty clothes.

We added a new kitchen counter to Villa Magnifica to offer more surface area when it comes to cooking or just dropping off things once entering. You can also put drinks you buy under the drawers.

2024 started with getting busy and improving where we could, preparing to welcome guests for our fourth year.
Thanks to your feedback, some rooms received TVs so you can enjoy something different from what's going on in the living room (Ampla +2, Magnifica +2), as well as mirrors behind the doors. Thank you for your feedback!
Doors leading to the private terraces have received handles on the outside so they can be pulled in behind you (why isn't this a default feature on a door, we don't know, but we solved it). Paint has been corrected in some places.

Before the start of the season we upgraded the kitchen sink and powder room washbasin in Villa Magnifica, ensuring a more comfortable experience at our vacation home! We also applied a fresh coat of paint at some places in both Villa Ampla and Villa Magnifica. We always look for ways to improve the experience, and hope these will add to a more pleasant stay.
